Staged Outcome Previews

Inspect proposed results against the original intent before accepting the work.

An Outcome Preview shows what the company is about to accept.

For reports, UI work, documents, decisions, automations, and scheduled tasks, the preview places the proposed result next to the original intent and proof requirement.

Preview parameters

A useful preview can show:

  • Original request: What the company asked for.
  • Acceptance criteria: What “done” means.
  • Rendered result: The report, page, document, or output to inspect.
  • Evidence artifacts: Screenshots, files, records, citations, or notes.
  • Open issues: Any unresolved decisions or blockers.
  • Approval action: Accept, reject, revise, or escalate.

Rule: visual evidence

A preview is not decoration. It is evidence. Niyatna uses previews to make work reviewable before it becomes part of the company’s operating record.
